 Lithia Spring Water LLC Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 days

All orders are shipped on weekends but may not be during holidays.

All orders may be delivered on a weekend but not on a holiday.

During high volumes of orders, there may be a delay of shipping by 1-4 days and you may expect a delay.

In the event of a delay that is more than 3 days, you will be notified by email of the delay and approximation of when you can expect delivery.

All customers receive two emails 1. The order confirmation 2. A shipping confirmation with a tracking number.   

Sales tax

Lithia Spring Water LLC is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order.

Damages or Lost

Lithia Spring Water LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged take a photo of the damaged goods and send them to customerservice@lithiaspringwater.com.  Once we receive the photo, we will send out a replacement shipment free of charge.
